Leading product delivery across two squads: Frontier (space optimisation) and Mosaic — an executive-facing suite of landing pages surfacing horizontal metrics across portfolio, attendance, profit and loss, projects, asset management, and employee sentiment, designed for C-suite, region heads, and country heads to monitor and deep-dive by domain.

Invited speaker at the Dataiku Summit Singapore 2025 on the team's data governance initiative. Winner of the Dataiku Frontrunner Award 2025 for Best Evaluation & Safety Program.

Supported Singapore Consumer Banking Operations with ETL, NLP, and automation work. Built an end-to-end multi-class classification model that reduced approximately 6 FTE-hours of manual review monthly.

Partnerships & Marketing

The IRONMAN Group

Grew from Executive to Manager over five years, managing commercial partnerships for the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon (SCSM) and regional events. Took on a secondary role as Asia's Business Intelligence representative, leading the transition to CRM and data reporting tools.

Initiated and led the SCSM 2020 Virtual Run during the pandemic period. Recipient of the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Outstanding Leisure Event award in 2021.

Co-Founder — Marketing & Sales

PEASE (Printatease)

Co-founded a print and merchandise business from scratch with one partner and a friend-investor. Built the client base through direct outreach, landing partnerships with some of Singapore's largest mass participation events — including the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon, Great Eastern Women Run, Super League Triathlon, and Sundown Marathon. Named an official sponsor of the Yellow Ribbon Run 2018. Wound down in 2020.

Launched a corporate events business with two partners, building a client roster of 30+ organisations within two years. Primarily focused on corporate dinners and galas, with select work on larger-scale activations — including expo experiences for Tata Consultancy Services and RICH's Corporation. Transitioned ownership to partners in 2015.
